Our story

It started with
squashed ears.

Every hoodie on the market is built as if headphones do not exist. Pull the hood up over a pair of over-ears and it clamps them into the side of your head. You either wear the hood down and get cold, or you wear it up and get a headache.

So we made the obvious thing nobody had bothered to make: a hood with enough depth and width that your headphones sit inside it. Then we took the drawstring off, because a drawstring is just a thing that catches on your chair and dangles into your keyboard.

The first run — SpaceHood Zero, in navy — sold out to friends, friends of friends, and a lot of people on the internet who had been quietly annoyed about the same problem for years. HM1 followed in brown. Then H3ners, a fifty-piece collab.

How we work

Small runs, no restocks, no warehouse full of dead stock. Every drop is a fixed quantity and when it is gone we move on to the next one. It means sizes sell out — that is genuinely the trade-off, not a marketing line.

Everything is designed in Sydney and posted from Sydney. If you order on a Tuesday, a person puts it in a satchel on Wednesday. That person is usually the founder, who also answers the emails.

What is next

More colourways, better fabric, and a few things that are not hoodies. Get on the list if you want to hear about a drop before it goes live — the good sizes go first, every time.
